Our mission is to ignite a global health transformation through empowering women and their families. We seek to build confidence, happiness, and disciplines that transcend fitness, creating mentally and physically strong communities.

Burn Boot Camp, founded by husband and wife Devan and Morgan Kline in 2012, was always meant to be more than just a gym. Purpose, passion, and community are the building blocks of Burn. They are the principles that define the experience for our Franchise Partners and their Members.

Today, Morgan and Devan’s vision of empowering strong women to enact change in their lives through fitness is embodied by each of our Franchise Partners. They live in Cornelius, NC, with their three children and still train camps to this day.

Initially, a group workout offered in the parking lot of a gymnastics studio, the program quickly gained popularity to become one of the fastest-growing fitness concepts, ultimately driving Devan and Morgan to begin franchising the brand in 2015.

In 2023, we were recognized as one of the Top 500 Franchises for the 5th time in a row by Entrepreneur. Within five years of franchising, the company has opened over 260 locations and sold over 400 territories in most states.

The operations support at Burn Boot Camp is second to none. We’ve got everything from our top-tier tech platforms to a dedicated field support team. We automate what we can and use technology to make our lives easier, knowing, however, we will never replace the human touch of a dedicated support specialist at your disposal. Our Operations Team is elite, with experience in both franchising and fitness. We understand the business and the mission!

TRAINING & EDUCATION

At Burn Boot Camp, training and education never end. We have an entire team focused on creating training courses to help our gyms succeed. We create education programs that make our Franchise Partners experts in every area of running their gym. 

We learn as much as we teach. We don’t dictate from Headquarters. We listen to our Franchise Partners,  take what’s working well in the field, and incorporate it into our entire system.

Our initial investment ranges from $150,330 to $406,500. This includes $43,000 to $45,000 that must be paid to the Franchisor or an affiliate.

Burn Boot Camp’s royalty is 6% of gross sales. The national marketing fee is 2% of gross sales. Franchise partners are also encouraged to spend on local marketing initiatives through the training and guidance of the Headquarters team.

Burn HQ provides a real estate team to help find available options, negotiate business terms, and submit the necessary documentation. We expect a franchise partner to be actively engaged in the real estate process in combination with the efforts of our team.
